DL560 II wheel bulldozer is a market segment product developed based on the mature structure of loaders for ground leveling, cleaning and related bulldozing operations in large open-pit mines
It has completely independent intellectual property rights and all products are sold in batches. This series of products has been improved and upgraded to adapt to bulldozing operations and high-cold working conditions, and has the characteristics of high operating efficiency, safety and reliability, comfortable operation, and flexible operation.
Product introduction
It adopts Perkins 2806IVN National IV stage high-power, high-torque, low-speed engine. The high-performance engine has a high torque reserve coefficient, and the whole machine has strong traction and fast hydraulic response.
It adopts KESSLER drive axle with drive axle cooling system to prevent frequent braking from overheating of the drive axle, effectively extending the service life of the axle.
It adopts DANA brand 8421-303 gearbox and CL9672 torque converter. The perfect match of fast and smooth gear shifting and low-speed high-torque engine can achieve strong walking under heavy load without speed loss. The KD gear function reduces the frequency of gear shifting and improves the working efficiency. At the same time, the torque converter is equipped with a locking function as standard, which can reduce fuel consumption by about 20% under high-speed driving conditions.
The hydraulically driven independent cooling fan can adjust the fan speed according to the water temperature, dual variable oil temperature, and supercharged intercooler temperature, which reduces noise and fuel consumption.
The whole machine is equipped with a reversing image as standard, which makes the driver's operation smoother and more comfortable.
The research and development of cab heating adds a heating system on the basis of the original air conditioning to improve the operating comfort in a low temperature environment of -40°C.
