Product introduction

Engine: Weichai 192KW high-power engine is adopted, which meets the National IV emission standard, has strong power, large power reserve, convenient and reliable operation; it has a two-stage air filter and can adapt to dusty working conditions.

Transmission: MYF230A fully automatic shifting transmission is adopted, electro-hydraulic control, with two modes of automatic shifting and manual shifting, equipped with automatic gear switching switch (KD function), four front and four rear gears, and advanced performance.

Drive axle: DA1210C/DA2210C reinforced dry drive axle is adopted, with stronger overall load-bearing capacity, reliable quality, superior performance, convenient maintenance and reliable quality. The front axle adopts a single-sided three-brake caliper body, which has greater braking force and is safe and reliable.

Frame: The front and rear frames adopt a new platform with good overall rigidity and strong load-bearing capacity. Finite element analysis is used for key structural parts, and the overall manufacturing is made by flexible welding process, which has stronger impact resistance, focuses on overall structural strength, reduces stress concentration parts, eliminates local weaknesses, and ensures that various dangerous and heavy working conditions are met.
