XC956 wheel loader, upgraded based on a classical type LW500FN, is a medium and long wheelbase type with matched and optimized systems and upgraded performances.
In addition to all advantages of LW500FN kept, it is characterized with longer wheelbase, bigger steering angle, upgraded hydraulic system, shovel loading capacity and higher operation efficiency. It is more suitable to shoveling and loading materials. It is widely applied to workplaces, such as coal yard, railway, construction area, stone material factory and so on. Thus, it is reliable, efficient and widely used.
Product introduction
The structural parts specially designed for tunnel working conditions are time-tested and highly reliable; the front and rear frames, working devices and other structures are optimized and have strong load-bearing capacity;
For side unloading conditions, the boom plate adopts a thickened design to have stronger heavy-load resistance.
Equipped with a special bucket for side unloading, super strong, super wear-resistant, and super long life design, the bucket unloading plate structure is optimized to facilitate unloading and reduce impact;
The thickened special wear-resistant blade plate and welded tooth seat tooth sleeve bucket teeth have greatly extended service life.
The bucket shape and bucket capacity are fully optimized, and the loading efficiency is higher. The bucket adopts two forms: straight blade plate and V-shaped single plate, which has wider adaptability;
The side unloading bracket is reinforced, and the installation method of the side unloading cylinder is optimized, which can quickly adjust the side unloading direction.
