Sturdy frame and working device
The structural parts are made of low-temperature high-strength structural steel, and the key stress-bearing parts are made of high-strength cast steel parts, which have strong bearing capacity and can withstand harsh working conditions with variable loads.
The working link of the characteristic single rocker arm structure can withstand torque and impact under various working conditions after finite element simulation analysis; the boom and bucket are made of high-strength structural steel and wear-resistant steel, which are strong and wear-resistant.
High-performance and high-reliability heavy-duty transmission system
The electronically controlled diesel supercharged engine has the advantages of good fuel economy, abundant power, and easy starting at low temperature; the engine monitoring system can monitor the working conditions of each cylinder in real time to extend the service life of the engine.
The AC-DC-AC electric transmission system has high transmission efficiency, precise control, stable and reliable performance; the switched reluctance motor has the advantages of good reliability, low maintenance rate, and large output torque.
Advanced electric transmission system and electronically controlled positive flow hydraulic system
The core technology "electro-hydraulic proportional intelligent control system + electronically controlled positive flow hydraulic system+load sensing electronically controlled handle steering system" realizes the precision and efficiency of compound actions such as shoveling, driving, and steering during the operation.
The "AC-DC-AC" high-voltage electric transmission system has high transmission efficiency and fast response speed, saving more than 20% fuel compared with the same level of hydraulic transmission loaders; and it has special functions such as anti-skid, limp return, and automatic protection.
Electric control handle steering limit mechanism with memory function
Equipped with a limit sensor mechanism with angle memory function, lifting limit, automatic release and other functions, it makes the limit accurate during lifting and unloading, reduces impact, avoids a large number of repeated operations, reduces work intensity, and makes the whole machine work more efficiently.
Anti-rollover pressurized cab safe and comfortable
New integral pressurized cab, ROPS&FOPS cab that meets ISO anti-rollover/anti-falling object standards, and adjustable air suspension streamlined vibration-reducing high-back seat.
Silicone oil shock absorbers are connected to the frame to achieve flexible vibration transmission, and the vibration in the cab is greatly reduced.
