Performance characteristics of Shandong Lingong G9220 grader
1. It is equipped with Dalian Deutz electronically controlled single pump engine that meets the National III emission standard. It adopts Deutz engine platform, has high fuel injection pressure, is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, has strong oil adaptability, is suitable for harsh working conditions, has three power curves, and perfectly matches the ZF gearbox. It can select the corresponding power mode according to the load to achieve better performance and fuel efficiency, energy saving and high efficiency.
2. The whole machine electrical appliances adopt centralized control, three-level alarm electronic monitoring system, digital step-by-step instrument display, high human-machine interaction, and convenient detection and maintenance; the whole machine control has an automatic cruise function, which makes the engine work at the set speed and reduces the labor intensity of the operator.
3. The double-cylinder driven pallet-type working device adopts European advanced technology, adopts double rotary cylinder and rotary valve structure, has large driving force, and can rotate with load.
4. The swing frame adopts lubrication-free and maintenance-free composite bearings, with low friction coefficient, impact resistance, wear resistance, and high reliability; it adopts hydraulic locking cylinder positioning, which is easy to operate.
