Performance characteristics of Shandong Lingong G9180 grader
1. Equipped with Weichai WP6G190E22 engine, it perfectly matches the Hangchi 6WG180 gearbox to achieve better performance and fuel efficiency, energy saving and high efficiency.
2. It adopts high-pressure gear pump and imported multi-way valve, dual-pump dual-circuit quantitative hydraulic system, the whole machine working system pressure is 21MPa, and the operating efficiency is high.
3. The front wheel can be tilted by ±18°, which greatly reduces the turning radius and makes the whole machine maneuverable and flexible. When working on a slope, the front wheel is tilted to increase adhesion and improve the stability of the whole machine. The tilted front wheel offsets the lateral force of the material on the blade and prevents the front wheel from slipping.
5. The pallet-type working device driven by Volvo technology and dual cylinders has strong driving force and high reliability; the blade can rotate with load and has high operating precision.
7. The swing frame adopts lubrication-free and maintenance-free composite bearings with low friction coefficient, impact resistance, wear resistance and high reliability; it adopts hydraulic locking cylinder positioning for easy operation.
8. Standard cab, good sealing, safe and reliable; clear front view, can clearly see the front wheel and blade, easy to operate, high working precision.
